The Coaches Behind Braap Academy
Real riders. Real coaches. Real progression. Megs and Quinn have spent their lives on dirt bikes and now they're sharing everything they've learned.

Megs Braap
Founder & Head Coach
I discovered dirt biking back in 2007. I was brand new to the sport and had no idea what I was getting into. My original plan with buying a dirt bike was to have a means of transportation to explore the forest service roads. I never imagined I'd be taking a bike in the places I take my bike now.
I eventually met people in the sport who helped guide me and show me what was possible on a bike. My introduction to cross country racing came soon after. After my first race, I was hooked! I wanted to be the best I could be on the bike, and that meant elevating my skills through dedicated practice.
Sharing my passion for dirt biking has been my focus since 2012. On top of my love for riding, racing, and training, I found a real interest in videography and content creation. I started documenting my riding progress and creating riding tutorials for YouTube. That eventually grew to the point where I was able to start teaching in person all over the USA as well as Canada.
I travel state to state (and province to province) teaching my riding clinics. I offer an Enduro 1.0 course, an Enduro 2.0 course, as well as some multi-day boot camps and specialty courses.
My goal with these classes is to provide a safe, no-pressure environment where I can help people take their skills to the next level. We cover techniques that will allow you to start riding in more technical terrain with ease and confidence.
New riders are taught basic skills and habits as a foundation for advanced riding development. I will guide riders towards the edge of their comfort zone where progress is made.
Experienced riders are carefully assessed to identify areas that are in need of improvement. We will correct any bad habits and then work on skills and techniques that will allow the rider to progress and reach their riding goals.
Quinn started riding motocross at the age of 4 as a sponsored Cobra Motorcycle team member, racing nationally and qualifying for Loretta Lynn's AMA National at just 7 years old. He rode the GNCC circuit starting at age 12, then at 15 began competing on the National Trials Circuit and riding Extreme Enduros.
Quinn brings deep multi-discipline experience spanning motocross, trials, hard enduro, and endurocross. His trials background gives him a unique perspective on balance, precision, and bike control that translates directly into the hard enduro techniques he teaches at clinics.
Career Highlights
Quinn leads the Hard Enduro Clinics on the Braap Academy tour, bringing pro-level expertise in rocky terrain, off-camber sections, logs, hills, and extreme technical features. His trials background and hard enduro race experience make him one of the most well-rounded technical riding coaches in the country.
